This week, we had the pleasure of hosting another memorable edition of Startup Apéro — featuring AutiHD. The event brought together around 60 guests from across the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Office Charlotte in Luxembourg.
As a startup operating at the crossroads of technology, inclusion, and mental health, AutiHD is building a digital solution designed to empower neurodivergent individuals — helping them navigate daily life with confidence and tailored support.The co-founders Joel Schmit (CEO), Ksenia Golubeva (CBDO) and Aleks Fedorov (CTO) shared powerful insights on how their platform aims to bridge these domains in a way that fosters understanding and long-term impact.
They opened up about what sparked the idea, how feedback from the neurodivergent community shaped their approach, and the challenges they’ve faced – from securing the right support to building trust within a sensitive space.They further shared their vision on how to grow AutiHD and extend its reach both locally and globally.
The event concluded with a pitching session, where attendees shared their own projects and startup ideas, followed by a lively networking session over beers and pizzas.
