ILA – The Luxembourg Institute of Governance – is a non-profit, independent and member-driven association founded in 2005. The ILA Startup & Scaleup Working Committee embeds practical governance into Luxembourg’s startup and scaleup ecosystem. By translating principles into concrete tools, simulations, and peer exchanges, it helps founders and investors build resilient, scalable companies. This approach fosters long-term trust and ensures governance works in real board decisions, rather than just looking good on paper.
