Alistair Donaldson joins Uplift360 as CTO to industrialise its advanced materials technologies at scale.
Uplift360, the advanced materials scale-up serving aerospace, defence and industrial sectors, has appointed Alistair Donaldson as Chief Technology Officer. The hire accelerates the company’s push to deploy its proprietary chemical regeneration technologies at industrial scale.
Donaldson brings over 20 years of deep tech experience, including roles at Rolls-Royce and Levidian Nanosystems, where he led complex transitions from lab to commercial production. At Uplift360, he will spearhead the scaling of ChemR — a low-energy process recovering high-performance fibres from end-of-life materials.
Backed by NATO Innovation Fund, Innovate UK and the Luxembourg Government, Uplift360 is positioning itself at the heart of Europe’s push for sovereign, circular advanced material supply chains.
