On April 22-23, 2025, Schroeder & Associés hosted its 3rd annual Innovation Camp, a hackathon designed to spark creativity and collaboration among its employees. In partnership with the House of Startups, this event is part of the company’s long-term strategy, “SCHROEDER 2030”, which focuses on sustainable innovation, co-creation, and human-centered engagement.
Fostering Innovation Through Collaboration
Six interdisciplinary teams tackled two key challenges: enhancing customer experience and strengthening company culture. Over the course of two days, participants developed and presented practical solutions, with support from both internal and external mentors.
This event highlighted the power of teamwork, where diverse ideas and talents came together to generate impactful solutions for the company’s future.
Recognizing the Most Promising Projects
At the closing ceremony on April 24, the jury selected the top projects. “Deep Dive” won in the Company Culture category, while “Schroeder CX” took first place for Customer Experience. The public also voted for “En orbite avec VIS S&A Vie” as the most promising project.
The winning teams were awarded funding and dedicated time to continue developing their ideas. In addition, the team behind the Company Culture winner received an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2025 Web Summit in Portugal, one of the leading global events for tech innovators.
A Culture of Continuous Innovation
The Innovation Camp exemplifies Schroeder & Associés’ commitment to a culture of continuous innovation. It offers employees a chance to actively shape the company’s future, breaking down traditional hierarchies and encouraging collaborative problem-solving.
As Thierry Flies, CEO of Schroeder & Associés, puts it, “Innovation is part of our daily mindset, not just a strategy. The Innovation Camp shows that every employee can play a role in driving change, and that collective intelligence is key to our progress.”
Building a Collaborative Future
With initiatives like this, Schroeder & Associés continues to position itself as a leader in innovation in Luxembourg. The Innovation Camp demonstrated that by engaging employees in the innovation process, the company can turn ideas into tangible projects that make a meaningful impact. The Innovation Camp 2025 was a successful showcase of how collaboration and innovation can transform both customer experience and company culture. It proved that when employees are empowered and encouraged to think creatively, businesses can build a future driven by practicality, sustainability, and ingenuity.
