SAP Product Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and release strategy for SAP-related initiatives.

• Coordinate large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation workstreams, milestones and dependencies.

• Identify delivery risks, blockers and cross-functional dependencies and support their resolution.

• Collaborate with business, technical, architecture and product stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Support SAP FI/CO processes and assess the impact of changes across associated modules.

• Provide hands-on technical support for SAP implementations and system integrations.

• Evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices.

• Coordinate release planning and ensure that solutions meet the agreed readiness and quality criteria.

• Create and maintain clear User Stories, acceptance criteria and backlog priorities.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in applying Scrum or another agreed Agile framework.

• Monitor delivery progress, quality, risks and business value through relevant dashboards and reports.

• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.

• Maintain clear documentation and traceability across requirements, technical decisions, changes, testing and releases.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong experience in SAP product leadership, product ownership or SAP implementation delivery.

• Proven experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Good understanding of SAP FI and CO processes and their integration with other SAP modules.

• Experience coordinating complex delivery workstreams, dependencies, risks and releases.

• Practical understanding of SAP integrations, interfaces and implementation activities.

• Ability to translate business requirements into product roadmaps, delivery plans and actionable User Stories.

• Experience working with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance processes.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

• Experience working in complex international environments.

• Knowledge of release governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement practices.

• SAP-related certifications or Agile/Product Owner certifications.
