For the second year in a row, Luxair has topped Moovijob.com’s ranking of the most consulted companies in Luxembourg.
The national airline’s strong employer brand and diverse career opportunities secured it over 20,000 more visits than any other company.
Rising rapidly, CFL climbed from 8th to 2nd place, thanks to its #WeareCFL campaign and plans to recruit 400 employees in 2025. Meanwhile, Auchan Retail Luxembourg claimed 3rd place, just 300 visits shy of CFL, thanks to its connection with both customers and candidates.
This ranking highlights a shift in jobseekers’ behavior: they now explore employer profiles before vacancies are advertised. Moovijob’s “attractiveness index,” launched in 2024, measures employer brand strength, with Luxair, CFL, and Auchan setting the standard for recruitment appeal.
