Reboost Secures €2M For Second Project

A Luxembourg firm democratising early-stage property investment has raised €2 million over the summer for its second project.

Reboost, a structured financial product from Luxembourg-based LetzToken, leverages staged financing, tokenised securities, and regulatory compliance benefiting both developers and investors.

Its latest fundraising round has financed four housing units across two projects in Steinfort, in partnership with trusted local developers.

“With Reboost, we bring together institutional and retail capital within the same ecosystem. Retail investment is no longer just an alternative source of financing: it operates in parallel, with equal access to quality projects,” said Reboost co-founder Arthur Salkin.

Reboost works with Luxembourg developers in Luxembourg to identify and structure projects. Finance raised through Reboost can complement traditional bank financing for developers, reducing reliance on pre-sales and ensuring faster completion.

Investors can access pre-market opportunities with as little as €1,000, while having a clear overview of their investment through Reboost’s platform.

According to the scale-up, seven additional projects are currently under review, representing more than €35 million in qualified opportunities expected to launch in the coming months.
