A video series produced by Silicon Luxembourg in collaboration with Technoport invites professionals — and a Eurovision star — to show the world how they reach Bissen, Luxembourg’s dedicated hub for the future of mobility.
What does it actually feel like to work at the frontier of physical AI, autonomous vehicles, and smart city technologies — and how do you get there? That is the quiet, surprisingly compelling question behind Road To Bissen short video series.
The series takes a simple premise: follow different professionals on their real commute to the Technoport Automobility Incubator in Bissen, a dedicated campus located roughly 35 kilometres north of Luxembourg City. Each episode is short, cinematic, and rooted in everyday reality — offering a window into both the accessibility of the site and the broader community forming around it.

Three Episodes, Three Journeys. Released between March and April 2026, the three episodes of Road To Bissen each follow a different traveller, a different mode of transport, and a different point of departure across the Grand Duchy.
From Luxembourg City to Bissen: Reaching Luxembourg’s Automobility Incubator
The opening episode lays out the terrain. Departing from Luxembourg City, the journey combines Luxembourg’s free public transport network — train then bus — covering roughly 35 km in around 50 minutes. The episode frames the incubator’s identity: a space for startups and established companies working on Physical AI, Sustainable Mobility, and Smart Cities, positioned as part of Luxembourg’s broader strategy within the European mobility ecosystem.
From Findel to Bissen: Creativity On The Road With Tali
The second episode is the series’ most unexpected turn. TALI, Luxembourg’s representative at Eurovision 2024, travels by car from Findel to Bissen — a 15-minute drive that she fills with calls, lyric-writing, and recording new ideas. Once at the incubator, she explores collaborative workspaces and records a short podcast episode in the on-site studio, illustrating how a space built for mobility innovation can equally serve creative professionals.
From Belval to Bissen: Smart Commuting To The Automobility Incubator
The third episode travels the longest distance, tracing a route from Belval Gare in the south of Luxembourg — a region well-known for its own innovation legacy. Sitraka, a data scientist and builder, takes the train to Mersch then Bus 119 to the Innovation Campus, a journey of about 60 minutes. His story anchors the series’ broader theme: the commute as a moment of focused preparation before entering a network of startups, companies, and opportunities.
More Than A Commute
At its core, Road To Bissen is a content series about accessibility — demonstrating, concretely and visually, that Bissen is not remote. Yet it becomes something more with each episode. The series quietly builds a portrait of the incubator’s community: diverse in background, ranging from data scientists to musicians, arriving from every corner of the country.
The format is deliberately understated. There are no product pitches, no investor panels. Instead, the camera rides along, watching how people think during transit — turning a train or a car into a workspace. It is a smart metaphor for an incubator dedicated to the future of mobility: the journey and the destination are inseparable.

Located in Bissen, the Technoport – Automobility Incubator supports startups, scale-ups and established companies working on Physical AI (autonomous vehicles, robots, drones), Sustainable Mobility and Smart Cities technologies.
