Managing complex professional projects demands secure, efficient solutions. Founded in 2022, Viapazon streamlines document management and collaboration for industries like law, banking, and consulting.
Member of Luxembourg’s startup accelerator Le Village by CA, the company nitially focused on corporate transactions, the platform now offers a centralized space for seamless document sharing, editing, and validation, transforming workflows in high-stakes projects.
What is your startup about?
Viapazon, founded in 2022, specializes in developing a collaborative data room initially designed for corporate transaction professionals (M&A). More than just a data room, our solution has expanded its scope to cater to a broader audience, including law firms, banks, and consulting firms, facilitating their inter-company document collaboration processes.
Our mission is to simplify, centralize, and secure information exchanges for complex collaborations such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, audits, and projects involving multiple stakeholders. After two and a half years dedicated to design and development, Viapazon began commercial operations in May 2024.
What problem does your product solve, and what makes it unique?
The Viapazon data room is designed to address the challenges of document management and collaboration in strategic projects:
- Fragmented interaction channels (requests, sharing, signatures):
Documents are often scattered across multiple tools and platforms (email, Excel lists, Drive, data rooms, Docusign, etc.). Viapazon centralizes all files in one secure, accessible space for all stakeholders. - Diverse document statuses:
Exchanges among stakeholders (legal, financial, operational, etc.) can be cumbersome and error-prone due to the varying document statuses and the multiplicity of interlocutors. Viapazon streamlines this collaboration with integrated features such as document listing and collection, editing, version tracking, validation, and signing—all on a single platform with all involved parties. - Misaligned requests:
Identifying required documents for collaboration can be time-consuming and stressful. With Viapazon, users can create or import a list of necessary documents directly into the platform and identify key users. This targeted approach ensures requests are well-calibrated, significantly simplifying the process.
“Our mission is to transform how document transformation and collaboration are conducted.”
