Volta Ventures launches a €20M seed fund for AI-first B2B startups in the Benelux, offering capital, operational support, and a founder-first mindset.
Volta Ventures has announced a new €20 million seed fund focused exclusively on early-stage B2B software startups in the Benelux. With plans to back around 15 companies, the fund targets founders building scalable AI-driven SaaS solutions that challenge industry norms

The new Volta Ventures Seed Fund will invest between €100K and €1M per startup, with a strong emphasis on AI as a core enabler. Its first two investments—Langwatch (Amsterdam) and Predikt (Leuven)—are both building platforms that harness AI to solve high-complexity problems.
“This fund is all about doubling down on our belief in the next generation of AI-driven SaaS companies,” said Sander Vonk, Managing Partner at Volta Ventures. “AI is enabling startups to build solutions at a scale and speed that simply wasn’t possible before.”
Volta Ventures’ geographic focus spans the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. “Luxembourg is very much in scope,” Jeanty added. “We already back companies like Videobot, Next Gate Tech and Wizata, and we expect to see more innovation coming from there.”
Beyond capital, Volta Ventures provides hands-on guidance in key growth areas: go-to-market strategy, team building, international expansion, and fundraising. “What sets us apart is that we’re not passive capital,” said Jeanty. “Our team, along with our network of successful entrepreneurs, rolls up their sleeves to help founders move faster and smarter.”
