Candidates can apply until 28 February to the 4th edition of the PropTech Startup & Scale-Up Europe Awards. The semi-finals will take place on 27 and 28 June 2022 in Brussels. The finals will be organised in September 2022.

The European PropTech Association has launched its 2022 PropTech Startup & Scale-Up Europe Awards. The competition aims at identifying the most promising property technology European startups and scale-ups innovating in real estate.

The awards aim to help startups to get visibility and support amid legal barriers, fragmented market and funding issues.

“This 4th edition is expected to have a tremendous impact because of the unique transformation context of the real estate value chain caused by covid-19,” the association says in a press release. “More than 400 applications had been submitted in January 2021 and the 2022 edition is expected to outnumber that result”.

Over 250 of the major real estate and tech corporations of Europe are contributing to the pan-European event, which includes five main subcategories: Invest, Market, Design & Build, Manage & Operate, Live & Work.

All candidates have until 28 February 2022 to submit their applications. The semi-finals will take place on 27 and 28 June 2022 in Brussels in front of a live jury.

“The competition is a unique opportunity for startups and scale-ups to get tremendous pan-European recognition.”
