Adapti was founded in 2016 by Antoine Granjon, the current CEO and a former Digital Transformation Consultant, and Bastian Jakobsen, current CTO and a former UX and Front-End Consultant. The startup is getting more and more attention, and for good reason! Its tool, which can be installed on any website, allowing users to quickly find what they are looking for and get a better global user experience (see our article In quest of the personalization market), all while generating more interaction with the brand. More specifically, Adapti can detect and understand the tastes and habits of each user and determine his/her most appropriate product or service. Easy to install and to use, the Adapti technology uses machine learning algorithms to show the best content at the right time.

The team has proven that their tool actually improves the performances of websites, especially in terms of conversion rate and average number of items in an online shopping baskets. They have already closed deals with a few big players and are proud to count Intermarché and Chevignon among their clients—both of which have revenues at or above the millions.

“Luxembourg has been a remarkable test market for us because corporate executives are easily reachable. It is also easy to get known and gain exposure in the ecosystem.”

Nevertheless, one of the big advantages of Adapti is that it is relevant for large and small websites. That’s just one of the reasons that the team is happy to have chosen Luxembourg to launch their startup.

“Luxembourg has been a remarkable test market for us because corporate executives are easily reachable. It is also easy to get known and gain exposure in the ecosystem,” declared Antoine Granjon, co-founder and CEO at Adapti.

After two years building and testing their product, the Adapti team wants to reach another milestone. A seed-round funding of €500,000 euros will allow the startup to widen its sales team and make their product ready for a larger regional market. “We want to allow anyone to register an account and start personalizing it with full autonomy,” concluded Antoine Granjon. International expansion is just around the corner.
