In its role as the agency in charge of developing Luxembourg’s financial centre, Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) identifies new business opportunities and opens up new markets for the Luxembourg financial services industry, and helps attract financial institutions as well as Fintech companies to Luxembourg.
In this context, we are hiring a FINTECH & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISER (F/M) to strengthen our business development team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of LFF’s business development strategy;
- Identify relevant targets and new business opportunities;
- Monitor developments in financial markets and other financial centres;
- Follow, analyse and report on global trends in the digitalisation of financial services;
- Produce regular reports, notes and briefings in all of the above areas;
- Give presentations on Luxembourg’s FinTech landscape.
Profile:
- Master’s in Finance, Economy or Law degree;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Highly developed analytical skills;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Knowledge in both financial services and technology environments;
- Fluent in English, every additional language is an advantage;
- Team player and good communicator;
- Willingness to travel.

Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) is the Agency for the Development of the Financial Centre. It is a public-private partnership between the Luxembourg Government and the Luxembourg Financial Industry Federation (PROFIL). Founded in 2008, its objective is to develop Luxembourg’s financial services industry and identify new business opportunities.
LFF connects international investors to the range of financial services provided in Luxembourg, such as investment funds, wealth management, capital market operations or advisory services. In addition to being the first port of call for foreign journalists, LFF cooperates with the various professional associations and monitors global trends in finance, providing the necessary material on products and services available in Luxembourg.
Furthermore, LFF manages multiple communication channels, organises seminars in international business locations, and takes part in selected world-class trade fairs and congresses.
