The BPF is funded by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, and is implemented by LuxDev, the Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, Luxinnovation, and the Ministry of the Economy.
