Amazon Web Services (AWS) is launching the AWS European Defense Accelerator for Startups, a four-week accelerator program aimed at supporting customers in the field of defense and national security.
The AWS European Defense Accelerator is open to startups worldwide interested in collaborating with European defense and national security organizations. The programme supports startups with AWS cloud technologies to deliver energy efficiency, secure information sharing, sensing and decision making, and quantum and cyber resilience solutions.
Startups are eligible if they address and deliver mission-critical solutions for land, air, sea, space, or cyber domains. The final cohort of 15 selected startups must have existing customers and revenue and be prepared to demonstrate that they can use AWS cloud services to solve defense and national security challenges.
Applications will be evaluated based on several factors, including the innovative and unique nature of a project, the ability of the team to provide a solution to key issues, creative use of AWS services, and the overall value of the solution to defense customers.
