BlueCube.ai, the new venture from automation experts Bert and Rob Boerman, is reframing AI at work, to less of a tool, and more of a teammate.
After over 25 years in the world of business automation, Bert Boerman knows the game, and its limits. His latest venture, BlueCube.ai, co-founded with his twin brother Rob, doesn’t just push automation, it redraws it completely. “Traditional workflow automation is essentially scripting. It works when everything is predictable. But real-life? It rarely follows the script,” said Boerman.
That’s the exact gap BlueCube aims to fill. Built as a dynamic AI-powered platform, BlueCube enables companies to assign work in natural language and have AI agents autonomously execute, monitor, and learn from it, just like a real team would.
Smart, Flexible, Human-Centric
At the core of BlueCube is a structure that mimics real human workflows. You describe a job you need done. And a planning agent figures out the required steps.
Then a group of AI agents take on those tasks, overseen by a supervisor AI, which in turn is answerable to, you. “Imagine a junior employee, they get better over time, understand your preferences, and can eventually take on more responsibility. That’s how we treat our AI agents,” said Boerman. From generating near instant client summaries during live calls to handling complex onboarding workflows, including compliance, document gathering, and communications, BlueCube is designed to adapt to varied business use cases.
“Any company not exploring AI seriously in 2025 is going to fall behind […]”

It learns from every interaction, creating job templates and continuously improving its ability to respond intelligently to your specific needs.
For the twin duo, BlueCube isn’t just an idea whose time has come, it’s an idea they’ve been patiently waiting to bring to life. The brothers have a rich history in process automation (including founding the platform Governance.com), but they were always aware of automation’s greatest blind spot, which is unpredictability. “Two years ago, the AI space was too raw, lots of noise, not enough reliability, but now, the tech has matured. Agentic AI is not only possible, it’s powerful. And we’re ready,” said Boerman.
The technology’s new capabilities align perfectly with a growing market need. Businesses want more than basic automation, they want adaptability, speed, and intelligence. Instead of a rigid command structure, it invites interaction and trust, and AI becomes not a tool, but a teammate.
Two Minds, One Vision: Building with Twin Precision
Founding a company with family can be complicated. But for the Boerman brothers, it’s a superpower. Rob is the deep tech architect, an AI and digitalization expert, while Bert drives the business strategy, analysis, and client relationships.
Together, they’ve built a rare and effective feedback loop. “We only need half a word to know what the other is thinking. That lets us iterate fast. And we believe transformation should always be iterative, never big-bang,” said Boerman. BlueCube is designed for medium to large-sized enterprises, especially those navigating complex, fast-moving environments.
They’re already seeing strong interest from businesses that understand the competitive edge AI can provide, and recognize the risk of falling behind. These early adopters are eager to move beyond experimentation and into implementation. “Any company not exploring AI seriously in 2025 is going to fall behind, we want to work with the ones who get that, and who want to do something smart about it,” said Boerman.
That balance, between deep capability and clean usability, is something the BlueCube team understands. They know that executives and frontline staff alike need tools that feel intuitive, not intimidating, and that create maximum impact, with the minimum amount of change.
