  • Fluent in English and French
  • German and Luxembourgish is considered an asset

What are your tasks?
  • Adopt and promote relevant market and business know-how, training and best practices through the provision of teaching, training, toolkits, workshops, events, news, communication, etc.
    • Update website with relevant information
    • Send out a monthly newsletter to our members
    • Create and manage posts on social media
    • Organize events (monthly angel apéro, training every 8 weeks, pitching events every 8 weeks)
    • Invite start-ups that have gone through the type-form process
  • Maintain and grow a large network of business angels and other early-stage investors, professionals, policy makers, technologists and innovators
    • Respond to all emails within 48 hours
    • Retain current individual members
    • Acquire new individual members
    • Acquire new corporate members
    • Make sure that all members pay their the membership fees
    • Send satisfaction and investment survey to members once a year
  • Channel deal-flow to business angels and facilitate match-making of investors and start-ups
    • Keep Excel up to date on investment preferences of our members
    • Keep contact with start-ups which have filled out the type-form
    • Keep Excel up to date with start-up data from type-form
    • Manage Type-forms for new members, corporate members and start-ups
    • Manually ensure match-making between start-ups and members
  • Perform administrative tasks to keep network running
    • Circulate information pack before the board meeting
    • Write up board meeting minutes
    • Incorporate feedback on minutes after board meeting
