GAMMA Technologies is disrupting the construction industry with GAMMA AR, an Augmented Reality Solution that brings 3D BIM models to the construction site and let’s you collect data on the site to prevent rework and facilitate the communication processes in construction.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for prospecting and managing new opportunities and driving them to close. By demonstrating how our products address the issues you have discovered in the customers’ current workflows, you will show the benefits of implementing our products. Your talent will help acquiring and closing deals with international companies.

Your Responsibilities

At GAMMA Technologies you are responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new businesses to be closed directly. You will generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. To make a first great first impression to our prospects and customers, you will listen to their business needs. By implementing and improving procedures and processes you will optimize our sales program’s effectiveness. Your experience will help you to quickly identify decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding business needs, timeline and budget.

At GAMMA Technologies, you will work with geo dispersed organizations and ensure a strong, team-oriented working relationship. By demonstrating our GAMMA AR app and platform through in-person and online demos, you will ensure that prospect and customers needs are understood and addressed by articulating how GAMMA Technologies solutions will accelerate their business.

To conquer new markets, you will build and manage partnerships with resellers locally and internationally.

Your Qualifications

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline driven environment and you have strong communication and presentation skills.

Using your experience in B2B sales in a technology environment, you will generate revenues with outbound or cold calling and inbound sales scenarios.

Additionally:

  • Knowhow about the architectural, engineering, and construction industry is very advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is advantageous.

You have excellent business acumen, are self-directed, relationship-oriented, and willing to take initiative, propose ideas and solutions, make decisions, and resolve issues. Juggling multiple project streams with ease while continually thinking about the details is easy for you.
