Backup: Keep control of your data, whatever happens.

The data of our companies are now at the core of our strategy. It has become more valuable while its volume continuously grows. But how do we protect it?

Back-up is one of the pillars of a data protection strategy. Over time, business needs and ICT teams are required to find innovative solutions to overcome these new challenges. In the meantime, threats are also evolving and with them, more complex responses and solutions to implement in case of an incident. Then, how to be prepared to face these challenges with success? Elaborate and implement an appropriate back-up strategy might be part of the answer.

Cloud implementation raised many new questions that companies should consider: is this compliant? What is the exit plan strategy? Is the management aligned with the strategy? What is the costing model? Have we considered the lack of consistency due to multiple heterogenous back-up solutions and inconsistent back-up SLA’s?

Containers and cloud native solutions are now part of the usual landscape of many ICT companies‘ assets: how to deal with these emerging technologies?

This session will explain how modern back-up solutions would cover most of these needs and how to prepare us to face forthcoming challenges.
