Our online invite-only recruiting events for developers, designers, and product managers are just a rewarding as our in-person events.

You’ll get to experience our signature rapid-interviews through our online video matching platform. Learn more about your city’s hiring landscape and current opportunities from the comfort of your home as well as network fellow attendees at the event.

WomenHack gives you face-to-face virtual meetings with local companies and industry players in your city. Our events are organized in a rapid rotations format (5 minutes each) to keep things fun and engaging.

MEET 15-20 COMPANIES

WomenHack gives you 15-20 face-to-face virtual meetings (5 minutes each) with top tech companies in your city. Events are organized in a rapid format to keep it engaging and include a happy hour where you can meet even more companies and network.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WOMENHACK EVENTS:

What if my employer is there?

Don’t worry, we will send out the list of companies attending prior to the event. Our team also screens through each attendee to make sure there is no conflict of interest. Your employer will never be informed that you have signed up for this event. When you apply, please make sure to mention your current employer’s name on the signup form.

Do I have to be looking for a new job?

While you don’t necessarily have to be actively looking for a new job, we’d like you to know that our event revolves around recruiting. It is an opportunity for both passive and active job seekers to explore what the market has to offer, speak with recruiters in a casual setting, and learn more about companies’ diversity and promotion policies.

How do virtual events work?

We live stream the stage for 15-20 minutes with opening remarks as well as time for speakers. We then begin the rapid-interview sessions. You’ll be automatically matched with an employer to chat with for 5 minutes before being matched with a new one. Learn more at www.womenhack.com/virtual

I’m not a woman, can I still attend?

Absolutely, our events are designed to promote gender equality and anyone who believes in this mission can attend!

Why was I invited?

To ensure the quality of our events, we are currently invite-only. If you received an invite, you were probably on our wait list or were invited by someone on our developer relations team who thinks you might be a good fit for the companies looking to hire.
