During the meetup of may, we gathered a nice audience for a rather technical, but so well presented talk about WordPress deployment. Oswald De Riemaecker showed us how to deploy WordPress from development to production in one push.

As the last Meetup of the season, we’ll get back to a more accessible topic with a known designer, Koen Cloostermans.

On June the 29th, Koen will give a talk about Design Thinking and we will, as always, close the meetup with a nice and informal networking with drinks and pizzas.

Networking session

The meetup gathers a broad range of WordPress enthusiasts with varied backgrounds. The keynotes are always followed by a drink and a session of informal networking, where all attendees can meet and chat with guest speakers and other users, from experienced professionals to beginners. This is an occasion for all to discuss ideas and best-practices, sharing knowledge and opportunities!

WordPress Luxembourg

The WordPress Luxembourg Community started in July 2016 as a simple informal meetup founded by Laurent Maillard. With the support of the WordPress Foundation, it aimed at becoming the local branch of the global WordPress community.

The monthly meetup quickly picked up with a fast-growing member base (132+ as of today) and broad range of attendees from experienced professional developers and designers to less experienced end-users. Mathieu Sarrasin officially joined Laurent as a co-organizer in March 2017, to help the community grow further and organize bigger events.
