What products do you offer for SMBs?
We have three different fibre connectivity services which vary in price and maximum download speeds (up to 2 Gbps). To make the provider switch easier, we offer the installation fees and a mobile hotspot which provides our customers with a connection from day 1.
One of our best sellers for SMB is our cloud telephony solution called Fix4Bizz. It’s especially interesting because analogue telephony is now an outdated technology being replaced by Voice over IP (VoIP). This solution is establishing itself as the new alternative and will soon be mandatory for all businesses.
Why are many SMBs reluctant to get VoIP?
Many SMBs do not have the technical expertise or think it’s an initial high investment. Well, it’s not the case here at Tango. Indeed, one of the advantages we offer our clients is that they can rent their equipment and so, avoid a high initial investment.
