In a groundbreaking move to boost technology skills in Luxembourg, independent business accelerator SkyinQ organized an innovation showcase event on 22nd November 2023, introducing two cutting-edge South Korean companies, Codepresso and Naru Security, to the Luxembourg tech scene.
Codepresso, a successful innovator from South Korea, has developed an innovative platform dedicated to tech and digital training, providing tech skills assessment solutions tailored for HR and recruitment. With plans to expand to Europe, Codepresso has confirmed the establishment of its EU headquarters in Luxembourg.
Nurturing Tech Talent
Codepresso addressed the pressing global shortage of tech workers, projected to exceed 85 million by 2030, amounting to an estimated loss of 8.5 trillion USD in annual revenue.

The panel included experts like Shivani Sondhi (Vodafone/Tomorrow Street), Kristel Weinreich (LIST), and Jinsoo Kim (Codepresso).
The event, attended by nearly 50 business influencers from governmental organizations, large corporates, startups, and educational institutions, aimed to address challenges in tech recruitment and continuous learning.
Marc Ernsdorff, Attaché of the Ministry of Economy, highlighted the event’s role in building bridges between Korea and Luxembourg in technology, innovation, and education.
