Datacenter.eu, the internet services provider and technology aggregator has just acquired a stake in Mixvoip, one of Luxembourg’s leading VoIP telecom operators. This important merger will enable both parties to offer their customers a broader range of connectivity services and professional support.

As we continue down the road of digital transformation and remote work arrangements, companies have to find new ways to meet companies’ and professionals’ connectivity needs.

Having already worked together on previous occasions, Loïc Didelot, CEO of Mixvoip, and Manuelk Coelho, CEO of Datacenter.eu, found it easy to enter into a new partnership.

“We have learned a lot in the last few months and we have seen a strong demand from our customers to ensure that everyone, whether they work from home or from the office, has the same quality of connectivity with enhanced security,” says Manuel Coelho.

Acquiring stake of Mixvoip is just the beginning for both parties. Indeed, they are working towards establishing a deeper long-term partnership where both parties benefit from broader connectivity services due to an extended network coverage, improved compliance, as well as professional support for the implementation of disaster plans that are so often forgotten.

Customer First

“Mixvoip is the local player for Luxembourg companies. This merger will guarantee the customers of both units the availability of engineers and the quality of the infrastructure capable of providing an offer adapted to the specific needs of companies,” says Loïc Didelot, CEO of Mixvoip.

With a combined turnover which exceeds €20 million, both companies will no doubt benefit from this partnership in many ways. However, at the origin and heart of this partnership still lie the benefits it will bring to the customer.

“By combining our proximity and an extended 4C service offering (cloud, connectivity, cyber security and colocation) we will offer a one-stop-shop that will guarantee our customers a single point of contact for all their IT and communication needs,” says Xavier Buck, co-founder and Chairman of Datacenter.eu.

In an increasingly digital economy, figuring out how to meet your customers’ communication needs continues to be of utmost importance. Partnerships certainly appear to be a simple yet highly effective solution.
