French and Luxembourgish business partners Celuga, neojobs and Niaouli consolidate their relationship by founding the Amoono Group. The Amoono Group aims to support their clients’ HR digitalisation efforts and the development of new web solutions combining gamification and employer branding.

The pandemic has accelerated digitalisation trends across all sectors. From the much-discussed fields of Cybersecurity and PropTech to the less prominent field of HR.

The French business partners Celuga, neojobs and Niaouli are on a mission to change this. As a developer of web solutions, an employer brand agency and an employer brand management solution respectively, the three partners joined forces to found the Amoono Group early October 2021.

“We are happy and proud to bring together our three companies and thus offer our clients a wide range of services that favour the creation of a link between the human and the digital, while maintaining our flexibility, agility and creativity,” explains Hugo Avale, co-founder of the Amoono Group.

While talk of digitalisation in the sector has been around for a while, many HR companies have been slow to execute their strategies. A lack of expertise and pressure made it easy to delay digitalising HR-related tasks – the pandemic made it hard.

“Amoono will be a real accelerator in terms of innovation and value proposition for our clients.”

Accelerating Innovation

Having worked together for over 5 years, the three businesses are well aware of their respective working habits, expertise and synergies. By bringing together the complementary skills in developing web solutions, employer branding and gamification as well as employer branding evaluation and management, Amoono Group hopes to continue its mission of improving HR experiences and supporting their clients’ innovation needs.

“Amoono will be a real accelerator in terms of innovation and value proposition for our clients, both from a technical and HR point of view,” says Cécilia Tachet, co-founder of the Amoono Group.

With the foundation of their new Group, Amoono not only offer new and improved HR and digital services, they also aim to expand their European reach, especially in France and Luxembourg.
