Effency is a company created in 2016, after 5 years of research in cognitive science. With our digital companion available on Teams & Slacks, TeamGether, we enable you to easily bring knowledge to your employees while driving and personalizing their experiences.
What are the main pillars of your company?
Our company is specialized in 4 specific areas:

Why did you want to join the Founders Club?
As a growing company and member of the village by CA Paris, joining the Founders Club will be an opportunity for us to develop and to get closer to companies in Luxembourg in order to share good practices with other CEOs.
What are the predictions of your industry?
For years, customer experience has been the priority of companies. Today, with the crisis of the covid, it is necessary to care about the well-being of employees as well. It is now crucial to maximize the employee experience in order to get the best out of them. We believe this can only be possible through digital and a great level of personalization.
