Luxembourg’s fundcraft has raised €12 million, led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP, to expand its digital fund operations platform.

fundcraft, the Luxembourg-based digital fund operations provider for alternative investment funds, has secured €12 million in strategic growth financing co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments, with participation from existing backers 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture Capital. The round brings fundcraft’s total capital raised since its 2021 founding to €40 million, following its €11 million Series A extension and initial €5 million round.

“Our approach is to start addressing the needs and complexities of the Buyout asset manager and implement our proven operating model organically across jurisdictions,” said Julien De Mayer, Co-Founder and CEO.

The platform, which centralises investor, fund and portfolio operations on a single data layer, now supports nearly 300 funds and more than 20,000 LP subscriptions. H1 2026 alone matched all of 2025 in new client signings.

“We are raising capital to scale a model that is already proving itself with institutional clients facing more complex requirements across Europe.”

Olga Porro, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, added that the company is “embedding automation and AI-assisted capabilities into the workflows, controls and data foundations that make complex funds scalable.”

The fresh capital will fund expansion into new European jurisdictions and deeper capabilities for institutional private equity buyout strategies, building on fundcraft’s recent AMF licensing in France. See also our behind-the-scenes look at fundcraft‘s Luxembourg office.
