Former CEO of KPMG and current CSO of Governance.com will help RegTech company to expands its B2B activities in Luxembourg.

investify TECH, a Luxembourg-based technology and regulatory service provider, has appointed Georges Bock as a member of its board of directors.
The former CEO of KPMG Luxembourg and now Chief Strategy Officer of Governance.com is expected to further increase investify’s RegTech expertise and help the company to expand its B2B activities.
“Georges Bock will not only move us forward in terms of content, but will also help us to become stronger and solidify our roots in Luxembourg,” the company said in a press release.
The appointment still needs the approval of Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Luxembourg’s financial regulator.
Bock will remain Chief Strategy Officer at Governance.com.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Wasserbillig at the German-Luxembourg border, investify provides technology and regulatory services and operates a branch in Cologne with a representative in Austria.
It focuses on digital asset management, robo advisory, investment advice and saving tools.
The company serves banks, asset managers and insurers as well as finance portals and technology organizations based in Germany.
Bock is expected to help investify expand within the Luxembourg market.
Born in May 1968, he has worked for 27 years at KPMG Luxembourg holding positions ranging from head of tax and head of banking to managing director.
In 2018, the Luxembourg-born independent director and entrepreneur was appointed chief strategist at Governance.com, a digital platform that specializes in business processes (see our article “Georges Bock joins Governance.com“).
He has been a supervisory board member at the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and at the Luxembourg Bankers Association (ABBL).
