- Hire, Train & Manage the Sales & Onboarding Teams
- Work with France teams to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy
- Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Operations ensuring long-term company success
- Act as spokesperson for the organisation at (sales) events
- Business + entrepreneur profile who wants to manage a growth team
- 5+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment
- 2+ years of management or team lead experience
- Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
- Outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
