Hunteed: SaaS For Headhunters And Recruiters

Simplifying the recruitment process with a software solution can take many forms. Hunteed, the French recruitment company with newly opened offices in Luxembourg, has decided to tackle this problem with a platform which connects companies with the largest community of recruitment consultants in Europe.

Finding the right talent for a new position is an important task for any corporate. However, it is also often a very time-consuming and challenging process.

Hunteed aims to simplify this process by “providing a marketplace that connects corporates with over 1500 headhunters active in a wide range of industries,” says Isabelle Weill, managing director of the Luxembourgish subsidiary.

A great success in France and Switzerland, the company opened an office at the Luxembourg City Incubator last year and has already quickly established itself as an important resource for local companies such as Luxlait, Bâloise and Lamesch and others.

AI-assisted headhunting 

The way the platform works is simple. Companies looking for talent publish their job vacancies on Hunteed which, through a series of algorithms and AI, are sent to the recruitment consultants with the most suitable network for any given position. The recruitment consultant then identifies the best candidates, interviews them and presents them to the company in question.

“With an average hiring time of 1.8 months, our solution significantly reduces the amount of time necessary to hire someone,” says Isabelle Weill. 

Companies using the platform can have up to 10 recruiters assigned per job offer, thereby increasing their chances of finding a suitable candidate. While Hunteed works a lot with large companies, they also work with smaller ones and do not restrict themselves to industries or countries. 

“Our consultants are based all over Europe which increases our geographical reach and helps us find the best candidates,” says Isabelle.

Success fees and non-exclusivity 

Where Hunteed stands out is its lack of exclusivity and success-fee subscription model. Indeed, Hunteed allows corporates’ HR departments to engage in their own candidate search, add external consultants to the platform and only charges them if they find a suitable candidate. The fees are capped at a minimum of 7.700 € (excluding taxes) and vary between 18-20% of the candidate’s annual salary, depending on the chosen plan.

While Hunteed works with corporates active in all industries, the network of headhunters they work with mostly targets applicants in middle and upper-level management jobs. 

Recently, the company developed an app which allows clients to track their recruitment process via their mobile phones. Finally, the company also developed Hunteed Talent, a new algorithm which supports recruiters in identifying the talent most suitable for the job, thereby freeing them up to focus on the most essential aspects of the recruitment process.
