DIGITAL SME, the largest network of ICT SMEs in Europe, has created a job portal to help Ukrainian refugees upskill and find jobs.

More than four million Ukrainians have fled their home since Russia’s invasion at the end of February. On top of having to deal with the horrors of what’s happening in Ukraine, many are looking for jobs to feed and shelter their families.

DIGITAL SME and its member associations have come together to develop a job and upskilling portal in the hopes of supporting Ukrainian refugees in their job search. The platform is freely available for all companies and training providers to contribute by publishing their opportunities.

Representing more than 45,000 enterprises in total, the European DIGITAL SME Alliance is the largest network of its kind in Europe and therefore a great resource to find jobs in the ICT sector.

While many Ukrainians working in the ICT sector have stayed behind to “support the economy” and volunteer in “the information and cyberwar,” large numbers are still looking for jobs. We encourage any ICT SMEs to upload their jobs or upskilling opportunities to the portal.
