ICT Spring 2022: Beyond Frontiers

Taking place in person on 30 June and 1 July, the international tech conference, will welcome 140 speakers and personalities as well as 100 exhibitors from all over the world. The startup ecosystem will be in the spotlight.

ICT Spring is back in person. The 2022 edition of the international tech conference will take place on June 30 and July 1 at Luxexpo The Box, in Kirchberg (Luxembourg). 

140 speakers are expected: experts from Google, TechCrunch, FutureWorld Foundation, UBS, N26, ESA, Spire, Infinity Reality, Microsoft, Web3 foundation, Zoom or VISA.

Personalities will also be present: Tony Parker, Sophie Lacoste-Dournel, Catherine Barba, astronauts Ed Lu and Ron Garan, Luxembourg ministers Franz Fayot and Marc Hansen. 

With the theme “Beyond Frontiers”, the conference will address how new technologies are redefining the boundaries between the real and virtual worlds.

100 exhibitors from all over the world will occupy the exhibition stands, with international delegations from South Korea, Sri Lanka, Romania, Kenya, Ireland, Poland and Germany.

Startup Ecosystem And Communities

The second day of the conference will be dedicated to startups and the following themes: becoming a super-entrepreneur, why ecosystems matter more than unicorns, the role of incubators in stimulating innovation and financing within companies, how to measure innovation and use it to address global challenges.

The Fit 4 Start and Catapult Kickstarter competitions will also be taking place.

Other hot topics covered during the two days include The FinTech Summit, dedicated to innovation in payments and customer experience, Web 3.0 opportunities and crypto-currencies. 

A special session will review the FinTech ecosystems around the world and the main priorities of this sector today.

The Digital Economy will address issues of corporate data strategies, cybersecurity and European digital sovereignty, as well as health and new technologies, with a Healthcare Awards ceremony. 

Space will focus on the theme of secure connectivity to strengthen the EU’s technological sovereignty and on the societal opportunities of space technologies.
