A new season begins. What are your upcoming events we shouldn’t miss?

It is a busy season for us. We are preparing for our biggest annual event, Women Founders. It will be held on the November 27th. This event will bring together women entrepreneurs, local startup founders, inspiring international speakers to discuss some of the most pertinent issues in entrepreneurship.

We are also just a few weeks away from the Rails Girls event, in which more than 50 young girls and women will learn the basics of coding.

If you are a woman entrepreneur, do check out our calendar and join us for the entrepreneurship trainings we run throughout the year.

What does WIDE aim to do ?

Our aim is to support the inclusion of women and girls into the digital world. We want to empower women with digital skills and increase their presence in the digital economy and society.

How do you see the integration of women in digital? Is there a concrete evolution and collective awareness?

We are seeing a greater number of women joining our coding workshops and Rails Girls events. This is a good sign. There is, however, still a lot of work to be done in increasing awareness.
