Coding Goûter is a multilingual event (EN/FR/DE/LB) where kids aged from 6 to 12, accompanied by an adult, get to know computer programming in a fun and playful way. The main idea behind “Coding Goûter” is to allow children to take their first steps in digital coding together with their parents or grand parents. The whole family will learn some computing basics, under the guidance of experts volunteering for Code Club.

The schedule includes 11 workshops, from a hands-on approach to creating video games, coding art, steering robots as well as lots of fun activities around computers for the whole family. At the end of the day, families will have the tools, knowledge and inspiration to continue coding together at home!

Code Club Luxembourg a.s.b.l. in brief: Founded in 2013, Code Club Luxembourg association is a community of volunteers who pass on their passion for computer programming to children aged 8 to 12 in free extra-curricular clubs. Currently, there are clubs in Bonnevoie, Strassen/Bertrange, Schifflange, Dudelange, Dippach et the Spuerkeess Code Club – and potentially more clubs near you, provided we find new volunteers!
