In an increasingly digital and on-demand economy, the construction sector is still lagging behind. Kamat’s instant rental platform aims to change this.

Today’s rental market which is characterised by fragmentation, a lack of transparency and reduced availability of construction equipment is in dire need of more innovations like Kamat’s.

Kamat, an all-in-one-tool with complimentary functions, reinvents the rental process by allowing construction professionals to access the entire offer in real time and reserve the desired products with a few simple clicks.

“Our platform offers a new model at the crossroads between Booking and Groupon.”

A Full Service

An instant service only works if the client is guaranteed quick access to the desired product. With Kamat’s wide range of partners and high quality of equipment they aim to cover the widest range of equipment and machinery possible.

This machinery and equipment – which can be rented with or without an operator – also covers all types of work. From working at height to earthmoving to energy and lighting and everything in between.

Kamat’s solution not only offers a wide range of products, but it also offers a very simple and intuitive customer experience. Everything works in real-time, including online quotation, payment and follow-up, thereby streamlining the customer experience.

The prices which are negotiated by volume have no intermediaries or hidden fees. This allows Kamat’s clients to get price reductions of up to 40% compared to the market price.

Kamat is not only of benefit to the building professionals – rental partners stand to profit too. By using Kamat’s solution, rental partners can increase their machine rotation rates, digitalise their fleets, control costs and schedules and, importantly, save on administrative and commercial staff.

Founded in 2020 by digital and construction experts Simon Cabrejo (CEO), Alexandre Vitali (COO) and Grégoire Mathonet (CTO), Kamat looks ready to shake things up in the construction rental industry.
