We currently clean about 5500 pieces per month. We now want to accelerate our growth in order to be quickly breakeven from an operational point of view,” says Antoine Hron.

With his partner Pit Zens, they also plan to expand the team and structure the company’s human resources. Additional investments in machinery are also on the agenda to complete the initial investment of several hundred thousand euros in equipment. Who are the investors?

Pit Zens and Antoine Hron say they want to continue to develop their business locally by improving the quality of service and developing a new clientele, before thinking of any international ambition. The two partners announce that they have raised 200,000 euros, a portion of it being contributed by their FFF – Family, Friends & Fools – and the rest by Ralph Krips, private investor, CEO and co-founder of LC ACADEMIE, and partner at Léon Kremer and Europièces Luxembourg. “We’ve met during an event which we attended at the Chamber of Trades and we immediately connected and got along very well,” says Antoine.

Ralph also explained the reason why he decided to invest in this Luxembourg startup by sharing his vision of Klin. “Local, innovative, ecological, digital, customer-oriented, and with its own machine park – in short, a startup offering real added value to its users by democratizing the Luxembourg laundry market”, confided the investor.

Then Antoine concluded, “We didn’t expect the fundraising to complete so quickly but the timing is ideal and will make Klin a key player in dry cleaning and laundry in Luxembourg.”
