Kodehyve has grown rapidly in the last year to support increasing clients’ demands. The team has grown five-fold, and have expanded their offering, becoming more than just a collaboration tool for property developers.

Due to the wide range of solutions kodehyve offers, it is more than a SaaS company. It is an operating system, enabling users to replace many heterogeneous tools with one unique platform: kodehyve OS.

The different building blocks cover a range of use cases, including: project management, customer lifecycle management as well as financial planning and monitoring. This both helps property developers work more efficiently and transparently, and enables them to onboard stakeholders as project collaborators. In addition, kodehyve has just released business intelligence (BI), compliance and security modules.

Powerful data analysis

Until now, property developers were either not collecting project data, or were gathering it via multiple tools, making it hard to collate. Kodehyve brings all data together in one place, enabling more effective tracking, analysis and data storytelling. The new BI module can handle quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making via tailored dashboards.

Highest level of compliance

For the security and compliance module, kodehyve has drawn on RegTech best practices. That includes compliance with GDPR and eIDAS, and providing a siloed platform per client to protect users from data leaks. They also work in collaboration with Yubikey to provide two-factor authentication. Plus, automated and digital know your customer (KYC) and anti money laundering (AML) checks ease the compliance process of property developers.

Beyond this, kodehyve is enabling compliance with local, country/region-specific business regulations such as advanced VAT logics.

To support this growth, kodehyve has grown the team to 16.

According to CEO Felix Hemmerling, “We strive to have an impact on the entire real estate ecosystem, not just on property developers. With this ambition comes a humongous amount of delicate aspects to consider, be it in terms of legal, commercial, financial or general business approaches and methodologies specifically applied in real estate. We seek to immerse ourselves in the logic and processes of real estate, drawing on the expertise of our clients and partners, to develop the most powerful operating system in the field.”
