2be.lu Investments, a Luxembourg early stage VC fund, was a cornerstone investor in the latest 1 million Euro funding round of Arthur – a cloud-based property management solution for a connected world. Arthur provides an end to-end property management solution for all rental assets. It gives property managers an unprecedented level of control over their portfolios by bringing agents, tenants, owners and contractors together on a single platform. “The success of Arthur was assured by a combination of a viable business model and a great execution by a professional team”, says Alexander Tkachenko, Managing Partner of 2be.lu Venture Capital fund. “The new investment will give Arthur another boost, allowing both international expansion and growth of the core customer base in the UK”.
“Arthur currently has about 0.5% share of the UK market; the long term aim is to capture 1% of the global market.”
