2be.lu Investments, a Luxembourg early stage VC fund, was a cornerstone investor in the latest 1 million Euro funding round of Arthur – a cloud-based property management solution for a connected world. Arthur provides an end to-end property management solution for all rental assets. It gives property managers an unprecedented level of control over their portfolios by bringing agents, tenants, owners and contractors together on a single platform. Through automation and systemization, Arthur enables significant efficiencies and greater client engagement.

The platform currently has more than 70,000 monthly paying units managed by several thousand individual property managers in 1,000 companies across 30 countries. Arthur is one of one of the fastest growing UK PropTech companies. 2be.lu Investments has been an investor in Arthur since 2017.
