Created in 2016 by Olivier Deboeck, Axiome Services will expand the range of services offered by the Management, IT and Innovation Consulting Firm to SMEs, startups and major accounts. The former Managing Director of Computacenter Luxembourg has now become Luxfactory’s HR Partner.

Axiome Services changed its name at the same time to Luxfactory HR. In only three years, Axiome Services has succeeded in positioning itself as one of the leading IT recruitment companies in the market and has ensured continuous growth.

“This integration is in line with the desire to offer a new and innovative approach to IT recruitment. The cost associated with this type of service can sometimes be a growth constraint for some entities. We are going to deploy this service in a way that is more beneficial to clients and linked to long-term trust thanks to a subscription-based model adapted to the needs of recruiters,” explains Olivier Deboeck.

For the Luxfactory’s management team, this acquisition is a great way to announce the acceleration of the company and to consolidate its expansion strategy. “Our strategy is to position ourselves as an innovation partner for major groups. We also want to continue our growth and expand our service offerings for SMEs, which represent a huge market in the Greater Region, and thus reinforce our positioning as the “one-stop shop” for growth companies,” says Elodie Trojanowski, Luxfactory’s Group CEO.
