Luxinnovation has now finalised its six-member executive team as headcount grew from 90 to 107 and 80% of staff are engineers or PhD holders.
Luxinnovation has completed its six-member executive committee, led by CEO Mario Grotz. Charlène Meyer joined as Secretary General in August, and Stefano Pozzi Mucelli became Director – Innovation & Funding Support on 1 October. The team also includes Daniela Cattolico, Pauline Laparra and Cécile Lorenzini.
“Quality support is the essential condition for the success of innovation projects,” said Mario Grotz, CEO of Luxinnovation. The agency supported over 1,000 companies in 2025.
