The serial-entrepreneur aims to equip entrepreneurs with insight and self-awareness practices and wants to build a movement which encourages an authentic and enlightened business mindset.
Marco Houwen, a serial ITC entrepreneur active for over two decades in Luxembourg, has launched zentrapreneur.com, a community-centred platform that helps entrepreneurs to “transform and grow as leaders”.
“Zentrapreneur strives to help leaders build and increase their personal leadership through energy and insights. It also provides the tools to develop a deep trust in oneself,” he detailed. “It is a platform for leaders seeking to connect their being with their innate capability for authentic creation, be it in a product, a company and most importantly, their mission in life”.
The move followed Houwen’s self-introspection during the pandemic.“I realized that what I wanted to be in life was out of sync with what I was actually doing,” he said. “And many entrepreneurs feel the same way, disconnected from the energy that personally drives them.”
Zentrapreneur is a spin-off of Zentra Global, a global movement focused on authentical creation by humanity and based on zentrapreneurialism.
“Our vision is to live in a world where the operating system for authentic value creation and personal leadership is fully aligned with the progress of the human race.”
Building Authenticity
“The mission of zentrapreneurialism is to reveal what’s just beyond our external conditioning with the courage and inspiration for the divine self to be remembered,” Houwen explained.
The root of this community is based on his entrepreneurial multi-experiences in raising capital, leading companies and driving sustainable inner growth.
“Our vision is to live in a world where the operating system for authentic value creation and personal leadership is fully aligned with the progress of the human race,” he detailed.
In this perspective, Zentra Global aims to become “a global movement focused on authentical creation by humanity”. “It’s overarching mission is to support every individual to continuously remember who he is and give them the framework and tools to mirror this in their authentic creation,” Houwen added.
The practice includes two initiatives: ZentraTable: “A trusted circle where vetted entrepreneurs, experienced leaders and free spirits exchange unparalleled insights needed to live the life they desire,” Marco Houwen described.
And ZentraAdventure : “A 3-day retreat to explore self-awareness and personally experience the Eternal Art of Being, as a guiding map for one’s own growth”.
