Spanning from SaaS solutions to sustainable 3D printing, the 10 selected startups will compete in this year’s finals of the Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg (CYEL) competition.

Organised by the Junior Chamber International of Luxembourg, CYEL is a yearly competition aiming to support and highlight Luxembourg’s young entrepreneurs (aged 18-40).

Last year saw Circu Li-ion, which just raised a €8.5m Seed, take home the top spot and a cash prize of 4000€. The 2021 prize was awarded to Edutech startup Magrid.

This year, the CYEL Steering Committee interviewed more than 30 startups across various sectors including fintech, agritech, space, and AI.

“The journey to success is very tough considering the current economic situation but they are still here, and we are all very proud of them,” said Francois Neuberg, CYEL director.
