Melanie began her career at DCL Group (Datacenter Luxembourg, EuroDNS) as Marketing and Communication Manager. After working a few years for a Luxembourg-based communications agency and Fedil – the Voice of Luxembourg Industry, she decided to become independent. During this period, she supervised the PR and Communication actions of Docler Holding before joining GovSat – a satellite operator and public-private joint venture between the Luxembourg government and SES.

“In my opinion, Melanie is one of the rare gems in Luxembourg to understand and have that specialized experience in Marketing and Communication strategy for the Internet’s world. Her expertise will be a real asset on our board. Many companies underestimate the importance of this role and the necessary complementarity within a board”, explains Xavier Buck.

Datacenter Luxembourg is an Internet service provider founded in 2000 by Xavier Buck, Marco Houwen and Roger Greden. The company has always been one of the pioneers of server colocation and hosting of information systems in Luxembourg.
