Amandine Maroteaux experienced the trend of co-living and discovered in coworking the joy of working in tribe mode. Here is her story.

Can you tell us what Lifestyle Coloc is?

Lifestyle Coloc is a one stop shop for real estate investors in the co-living sector. Our team of designers combines in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourgish and Parisian real estate sectors with expertise in renovating rental spaces to get the most out of the properties we are entrusted with the development of. My job is to create interiors that (re)connect people (tenants/tenants, tenants/owners) together.

What products/services do you offer?

We assist our clients in the enhancement of their real estate assets through the development of co-rental spaces. Identification of the properties, transformation of the spaces, creation of brand identity are some of the services we offer.

Who are your customers?

Our clients are currently private individuals making their first real estate investments. Our offer is evolving to also address major real estate players expanding their portfolio into properties dedicated to co-living.

What’s your pricing model?

Our business model is simple: we have developed a flat rate per number of rooms, so fees are charged for each project.

What’s next?

Lifestyle Coloc aims to expand its customer-base. We expect the expansion into the B2B space to have a much stronger impact on the market, with larger furnished m2.

Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurship is an economic, moral and social commitment. Before developing Lifestyle Coloc, we created a decoration company “Les Pampilles”, then a second “Atelier Compostelle” in the continuity of the initial model dedicated to the transformation of interiors in Paris and Luxembourg. I want to keep creating value and entrepreneurship gives me the perfect avenue to do so.

What do you like about your daily life as an entrepreneur?

I like the idea of discovering jobs that didn’t exist yesterday and of living with people who are fearless and driven by strong convictions.
