Orange Fab – A Talk With The Finalists: Vizz

One of 3 Luxembourg finalists, out of 6 total finalists, to join the Orange Fab programme this year, Vizz founder Mathias Keune talked before the final pitch in a few days.

You have been selected for the Orange Fab programme. First of all, why did you enter the contest?

We decided to apply for the Orange Fab Accelerator programme because the current fifth season’s focus on VR, AR and Metaverse couldn’t fit better with our core competence in developing highly immersive and interactive digital experiences. A so-called “match in heaven” I would say.

How did you feel when you found out you were one of the finalists?

Of course, being one of the finalists makes me and the Vizz team happy and proud. Being part of the accelerator programme will help us to grow further in Luxembourg and beyond while at the same time helping Orange to overcome the challenges of becoming a pioneer in getting in touch with the virtual audience of the future.

How will you prepare the final pitch? What do you think are the strengths of your startup?

The strengths of my startup definitely rely on the combination of proven expertise in all relevant technologies needed to be actively involved in building the virtual world of tomorrow. A unique advantage in 2022 and beyond that we will of course use to deliver a convincing performance at the final pitch.

What are your hopes for a potential final victory and collaboration with the Orange Group?

Based on our extensive knowledge of extended reality technology and ability to adapt new technologies needed to enable businesses and brands to take advantage of the ever-growing Web 3.0, I am extremely confident to be the perfect partner for Orange to develop an innovative and highly engaging Metaverse experience for their existing and new customers.
