Payments Product Analyst (B2B) (m/f) – Finologee

The POSITION | About YOU:

We are looking for a Payments Product Analyst (B2B) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of our B2B payment solutions by providing detailed product analyses, market insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. A key focus will be on conducting regulatory watch and analysis, staying ahead of changes in payment regulations and digital finance trends to identify both compliance requirements and business opportunities. You will also be responsible for product discovery, competition monitoring, and business case development. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be critical as you help shape our product offerings in alignment with industry trends and evolving regulations.

With us you will handle and focus on:

  • Contributing to product discovery and backlog management by drafting product specifications, conducting analyses, and managing iterations, as well as gathering feedback and input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of SaaS payment products and monitoring B2B payment market trends, providing actionable insights to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive
  • Developing comprehensive business cases for product enhancements, new features, and market expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving growth
  • Performing regulatory watch on payment products and digital finance trends, identifying opportunities, compliance challenges, and requirements
  • Contributing to the management of product partnerships, engagement with industry bodies, and professional associations, providing expert analysis and insights to support strategic collaboration.

What we expect from you…

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience with bank payments or other relevant payment contexts
  • Experience in communicating with banks and financial industry stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, needs and goals
  • Be at ease with regulatory matters, capacity to analyse and translate into product evolutions
  • Languages: (Very) good command of English with solid writing skills is a must, French would be an asset
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
