Why did you decide to create this company?
Honestly, starting a company in Luxembourg was a nightmare — slow, expensive, and full of paperwork. It took me six months and I didn’t even know what and who to ask. Bureaucracy adds no value. So I built EasyBiz — the platform I wish I had: simple, digital, made for founders like me.
What are your product(s)/service(s) and your business model?
We offer digital incorporation and smart accounting from €90/month. Our platform automates bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, invoicing, and reporting — with expert support, local compliance, and transparent pricing.
How does your offering differ from competitors and other market players?
We’re different because we combine two worlds — smart technology and experienced local accountants. Others offer old-school service or tools built for accountants. We build afounder-focused platform with the best pricing on the market.
