The technical support team, multicultural and hyper dynamic, is looking for a new member to join their forces.
As a technical support Engineer, you are the central point between the client and the payment solution, and evolve in a production environment:
- You prepare, test and deploy the new solution to the client premises or remotely.
- Troubleshooting, analysis, installation and full documentation are part of your tasks
- Regular maintenance & Second Level Support
- Technical Advice,Training on the new solutions
- CP/IP network knowledge;
- Good Linux knowledge;
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- Scripting or any other programming language is a plus
- With an IT or Electronic Degree, you are a problem solver, have knowledge in the payment industry and are willing to travel and work shifts.
