The Luxembourg ICT and telecom services company will offer its customers the hybrid cloud solution of the American IT giant.

Telindus has announced a partnership with Microsoft on the Azure cloud technology of the American giant. The Luxembourg ICT and telecom operator is specialized in fixed and mobile telecommunications, ICT infrastructure, multicloud, fintech solutions, cybersecurity and managed services.

“By combining Azure & U-flex with Azure Arc, Telindus and Microsoft are making it possible to deliver native cloud services in a sovereign and regulated environment. The combination of U-flex and Azure Arc offers customers the best of both worlds, in that they can now benefit from the native features of Azure, while keeping their data in a secure and regulated space,” explained Gérard Hoffmann, CEO of Telindus Luxembourg, in a press release.

Co-developed by the two partners, the Azure Arc solution is a set of technologies combining Azure security and native cloud services with Telindus’ hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Based on Telindus’ Microsoft Azure Confidential Computing, Azure Arc and U-flex technologies, the hybrid cloud solution allows customers to deploy native Azure services in a local environment (U-flex) with data localization and processing in Luxembourg.

Located in Luxembourg and driven by Telindus, U-flex is a private and regulated IT outsourcing platform.

The solution package allows customers to secure and govern their infrastructure and applications anywhere, build native cloud applications faster with familiar tools and services to run on any Kubernetes platform.

This new hybrid cloud solution makes it easier for organizations to comply with various regulations and accelerate the move to the cloud especially for highly critical applications.
