Unveiling The Winners Of Fit 4 Start’s 10th Edition – And 11th Edition’s Participants

The launch event of the new Startup Luxembourg portal was also marked by the announcement of the winners of Fit 4 Start’s 10th edition and the presentation of the 11th edition’s newly selected startups. We have the full list.

The Start #10 winners

Ceasy (Luxembourg): The ICT startup is a social network that makes it easy for people to connect and share their calendars. It is providing not only a centralized user-friendly calendar but also a real time search engine.

Cybavo (Taiwan): The ICT startup offers a fully featured turn-key virtual asset custody platform, designed for finance institutions and FinTechs, which is secure, convenient, and regulator-ready.

EmoHack (Luxembourg): The ICT startup is a mobile digital content (video games and video marketing) test protocol, embedding a Neurofeedback analytics engine that provides a data-driven assessment to boost professional content development.

Kidola (Luxembourg): The ICT startup is an app that facilitates the flow of information between all the stakeholders involved in childcare facilities: Parents , Educators and their Manager/Supervisor.

Re(D)scue (Luxembourg): The ICT startup is a combination of patented wearable devices in connection with smartphones. The purpose is to easily find people or things over long distances without the need for GPS or other networks, i.e. indoor or outdoor.

TiQuest (Luxembourg): The ICT startup develops an API as well as a plug and play hardware connected to the printer of any cash system in order to crush data and translate them into bite-sized actions empowering shops to make smarter decisions for their business.

Meracle (Singapore): The HealthTech develops the Whizz spacer, a medical device that provides immediate and actionable feedback to people affected by chronic respiratory conditions, such as asthma, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and COVID-19. The spacer is paired to a mobile application that makes compliance easy, trackable and provides daily alerts to simplify the treatment regimen, with a gamification function to help patients meet their goals.

MyelinH (Luxembourg): The HealthTech is building a software platform for early detection, prediction of pandemics (COVID-19), and diseases, as well as patients’ health status monitoring. The platform includes a toolkit with armband sensors, a digital microscope camera paired with an app for patients and a predictive analytics software.

Organo Therapeutics (Luxembourg): The Healthtech has developed a 3D brain organoid in vitro technology, which, combined with their own analytical algorithms, creates a state-of-the-art pre-clinical phase drug development platform. The 3D models built can more accurately predict the efficacy of drugs on humans affected by neurodegeneration diseases compared to conventional systems.

PatchAi (Italy): The HealthTech is a cognitive platform that champions patient engagement to optimize health data collection, and in turn, improve patient care and experience. It transforms patient data collection through the adoption of Co-PRO (Conversational Patient Reported Outcomes) and integrates data-points from various devices and systems delighting patients and generating valuable insights with ease.

Wavy Assistant (Netherlands): The HealthTech is an AI assistant app that allows INOCA (Ischemia and Non-Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease) patients to manage their symptoms and lower their stress.

Numer8 (Czech Republic): The SpaceTech has developed Ofish, a solution to help in reducing the cost of daily fishing trips for fishermen, keeping fishermen safe with hyperlocal weather information and forecasting, and increasing their sales margin. It also enables traceability in the supply chain, fostering a fair-trade model.

OKAPI:Orbits (Germany): The SpaceTech is a Space Traffic Management platform that delivers all relevant data and scientific processes necessary to operate and control assets in space.

Celestial Space Technologies (Germany): The SpaceTech develops telecommunication solutions for space, aviation communication, and terrestrial mobility applications. The developed antenna and communication system enable satellite constellations to provide broadband services to users. Functional hardware prototypes for both systems have been finished.

SPiN (Germany): The SpaceTech proposes a solution called Multipurpose Adapter Generic Interface Connector (MAGIC) that allows connection of previously designed space-qualified subsystems of other missions to new satellite platforms.

Vingineers (France): The SpaceTech has developed prototype analytics techniques based on satellite and drone imagery which improve the value of space-based imagery for precision viticulture.

Each will receive EUR 150,000 granted by the Ministry of the Economy. The funding is divided into 3 tranches (2 instalments and the final balance): A first instalment payment of EUR 50.000, a second instalment payment of EUR 80.000 and a final balance of EUR 20.000.

No Big Deal (Luxembourg): The Digital Health & Marketing company provides a mobile app in which users complete wellbeing challenges to achieve exclusive rewards from brands. For example, walk 20,000 steps for a free yoga class.

AiVidens (Belgium): The Fintech & RegTech helps companies reducing the unpaid amount by 30% and improving the operational efficiency by 20%. It indeed predicts when customer will pay their invoices and segments the debt portfolio according to various payment patterns and risk profiles.

Cascade Lab (Luxembourg): the Fintech & RegTech is an is an award-winning affordable administration, compliance and governance platform aimed at financial sector SMEs, automating their activities, replacing stand-alone tools and allowing them to benefit from the efficiencies of data integration.

ChemChain (Luxembourg): The Logistics & Supply Chain is a communication and collaboration platform for companies to trace chemicals and provide recycling information. It enables them to recover their materials and products after their service life and reduces their environmental footprint.

Divizend (Germany): the Fintech & RegTech is a holistic and fully digital approach for the recovery of withholding tax on foreign dividends.

LetzMath (Luxembourg): The EdTech is an effective language-free pedagogical training programme for enhancing young children’s cognitive and math skills. With the support of SCRIPT (Luxembourg Ministry of Education), the Magrid solution is now available to all preschoolers in public schools in Luxembourg.

Kodehyve (Luxembourg): The PropTech / RegTech s a B2B collaboration software helping real estate developers, agencies and funds to more efficiently plan, manage and analyze their construction and commercialization projects. It is done through a careful selection of powerful in-house modules as well as third-party APIs.

Giftable (Luxembourg): The RetailTech makes gifting as easy as sending a text message. Through a mobile application, one can share and receive gifts that can be redeemed at selected shops.

The Privacy Office Luxembourg (Luxembourg): The Fintech & RegTech is an IT solution that makes data flows transparent, so that organisations know exactly where their data are and what they need to do to effectively protect them and make the users of their digital products and services feel comfortable and safe.

to Stories (Luxembourg): The company provides a content creation and publishing app for social media. It turns any link or content into a ready to be published Instagram story. Super-fast! Web pages, podcasts, text, photos, tweets – share anything to stories. The app instantly generates multiple designs to choose from.

Plus Ultra Space Outposts (Spain): The SpaceTech aims to become the backbone of the lunar economy by deploying infrastructure that enables lunar development. Our first project, Harmony, is the only lunar system to provide high-speed communications (>100 Mbps) and GPS-like navigation, on-demand, anywhere on the Moon. Our lunar customers will be able to maximize their return on investment and minimize their cost and risks with Harmony services starting 2024.

Blackswan Technologies (Lithuania): The SpaceTech is building autonomy in space – a cornerstone for enabling the future space economy. Our current 3 product software suite is designed to address the expected ten-fold increase in space traffic by expanding the range of autonomous activities that can be performed with small satellites, reducing costs of operations and lowering collision risks.

Clutch Space Systems (UK): The SpaceTech provides defined ground system solutions, which are already working at several customer sites. The company uses proven software defined ground systems and novel antenna concepts to enable satellite operators to be released from the current expensive and inherently fragmented approach to command and control of their satellites into a world of seamless “always available” 24/7 connectivity.

Novo Space (USA); The SpaceTech is developing high-performance, radiation-tolerant computers to support the growing need for autonomous systems, machine learning in space and other data-intensive processing technologies. Today’s underserved market includes mainly near-Earth applications, such as broadband communications and high-resolution Earth observation.

Mission Space (Latvia): The SpaceTech develops advanced forecast and monitoring system, with a fleet of nanosatellites built and launched, for one of the highest priority natural hazards in the world – space weather.

Launched in 2015 by the Ministry of the Economy, Fit 4 Start provides entrepreneurs with intense coaching, attractive pre-seed funding and access to key networks. the program is managed by Luxinnovation with the support of Technoport and the Luxembourg-City Incubator.
